Consultation of patients and advice on medical records are available on weekdays from 9.00 till 17.00.
Examinations are carried out at the scientific-polyclinic department of the Center. Examinations are provided by previous appointment. The question on the need of hospitalization is solved after personal advice received at the specialist of the polyclinic.

Documents required for remote consultation

Send the most detailed and up-to-date abstract of your medical record (not more than 1-month old) signed by the Department Head or by the physician in charge or by a cardiologist. The abstract should contain medical assessment report on following examinations: ECG, echoCG investigation protocol, specialists’ report on concomitant diseases (if present). If you underwent coronary arteriography or angiography, then send to us a disk with the records by mail. If you do not have an opportunity to be exposed to the above-mentioned examinations at home, you can perform them at the Bakoulev CCVS (on contractual basis, by previous appointment made at the front desk).

Please always indicate the patient’s full name, postal address and contact telephone number.

Compliance to these requirements will ensure that the Center’s specialists make a conclusion and give you an answer within the shortest period of time (10-12 days).
